Our returns policy varies dependent upon the type of products that you have ordered. Please see the below for more information on each type of order. None of the below affects your statutory rights.
if your product has been customised and made in your own school or clubs colours , we are only able to accept returns in the event of a manufacturing error. This error must be reported and returned within 14 days of delivery. (this does not include sizing issues as full size guides are included on all online shops, and sizing samples can be provided to clubs if requested)
if you have personalised any item with initials, number, name or adding your team logo for instance, we are only able to accept returns in the event of a manufacturing error. This error must be reported and returned within 14 days of delivery.
if your order has been placed from stock, with no additions or modifications, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the garments are in their original condition with all labels,
Any items that become faulty due to manufacturing errors can be exchanged for a replacement or returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Faulty items must be returned to us so we can inspect the damage before exchange or refund is issued.
